We’re proud to announce the successful delivery and pre-commissioning of Organic Acid recovery Treatment solution for a leading petrochemical facility in Turkey. This cutting-edge system, based on reverse osmosis membranes, is designed to optimize the recovery process for an acid from the waste stream generated from the organic material production.
The system, tested and proved in our laboratories, represents a major step forward in reducing operating costs and energy consumption compared to traditional distillation methods. It’s a sophisticated solution that integrates thousands of high-quality components such as pipes, pumps, valves, and flow meters, all meeting stringent O&G specs such as – ATEX / ASME standards.
Throughout fabrication, we conducted rigorous testing including non-destructive methods (NDT), radiographic testing (RT), and positive metal identification (PMI) to ensure every element meets the highest quality standards. The entire system is built with precision and quality control, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
The facility is now ready to receive the feed at a flow rate of 65 m³/h and enabling the recovery of vital components for use in production, significantly reducing waste and enhancing sustainability.
