Clean Water Applications, Recycle and Reuse

An increasing need for fresh water, whether for drinking, agriculture, power plants or other purposes is becoming larger every day. And its reuse and recycle is a key metrics for environmental performance management nowadays. That’s why Esmil solutions are based on best available technologies (BATs), with focus on reduced water and power intake, reduced waste disposal (either to sewer, discharge to the environment, solids disposal by landfill and/or incineration) to increase compliance and reduce wastewate utilisation cost.

Esmil design solutions aim to ensure highest possible water stream recovery utilising coagulation, microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) or reverse osmosis (RO) membrane systems. For specific purpose (e.g. ultra pure water production) more sophisticated technologies can be tested and applied. Esmil can design bespoke systems that are fully automated for reliable, robust operation. These units are factory pre-tested and can be quickly and easily installed in modular fashion (“plug-and-play”).
